- All ads MUST be submitted electronically below
- Ads must be in black & white
- Ads must be in a file format of a high resolution JPG or PDF
- Ads MUST be submitted in the dimensions stated above for ad size selected
- All fonts, graphics and photos must be embedded in ad
- This ad form and payment MUST be included with the ad in order
